Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its US regional GTM team. You will partner with Sales to showcase how the Neo4j Graph Intelligence Platform addresses client needs and act as a technical advisor throughout value realization.

You will engage with clients across industries, run evaluations, deliver platform demos, shape architectures in cloud or on‑prem environments, and stay current with Neo4j capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience with data architectures in enterprise, analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph data technology; Neo4j knowledge is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and at least one language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#).
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and demos.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers as a technical advisor.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities with qualification, discovery, demos, and value proofs.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Co-create reference architectures including cloud or on‑premise deployments.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations.
• Provide product feedback to PM/Engineering/Marketing/Sales.
• Help drive demand through ABM events and conferences.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to assist in deal creation.
