Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, construction, and deployment of AI solutions that combine graph databases with GenAI. You will advise strategic customers, translate needs into production-ready applications grounded in Neo4j knowledge graphs.

You will work with product and engineering teams, influence roadmaps, and mentor teams while staying current with GenAI trends. Travel up to 50% may be required to drive engagements and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• 2+ years with Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating them into apps.
• Linux, Docker, Kubernetes deployment experience and Git workflows.
• Cloud deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP with DevOps practices.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI ecosystems and cloud-native platforms.
• Data engineering or analytics background with SQL/NoSQL and big data.
• Graph database expertise with Cypher and Neo4j or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide the implementation of Graph+GenAI solutions with executives and partners.
• Design scalable architectures and lead deployment of AI systems aligned with enterprise needs.
• Translate customer objectives into production-grade AI solutions using Neo4j knowledge graphs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and business impact.
• Develop production-ready AI applications and optimize performance and integration.
