Neo4j Inc is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead design, construction, and deployment of Graph+GenAI solutions that combine graph databases with LLMs for strategic customers.

You will translate complex business needs into production-ready AI applications, mentor teams, influence roadmaps, and travel up to 50% to engage with customers globally. The role emphasizes architectural excellence and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Enterprise applications architecture across the full software lifecycle.
• 2+ years with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
• Deployment tooling and version control in large-scale environments.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI ecosystems and platforms.
• Data engineering, analytics or data science background with big data skills.
• Graph data modeling and Cypher; experience with Neo4j or similar.
• Strong communication to influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to mentor teams through implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executives and partners to shape Graph+GenAI deployments.
• Design robust, scalable architectures aligning with enterprise needs.
• Translate customer goals into production AI applications with graph data.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, risk management, and on-time delivery.
• Develop, test, and deploy production AI apps integrating graph DBs and LLMs.
