• Demonstrated understanding of grants administration across the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing grantmaking processes, workflows, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of grants management databases and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge Grantmaker is required.
• Ability to lead volunteer teams with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grants management process across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance for inquiries, applications, approvals, payments, reporting, and closeout.
• Lead CRM implementation and maintenance for grantmaking systems.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and data integrity for grants.
• Advise on grant administration policy interpretation and compliance.
• Drive process improvements in tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
