Job summary

Rosendin Foundation seeks a Senior Grants Specialist located in Tempe, AZ. This role manages the full lifecycle of grantmaking, ensuring compliance and data integrity while partnering with finance, communications and leadership to drive impact.

The ideal candidate has strong grants administration experience, CRM system know-how, and collaborative skills to work with volunteer committees and community partners in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of grants administration across the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing grantmaking processes, systems and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms for grants management.
• Experience with Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge Grantmaker is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of The Rosendin Foundation’s grants administration throughout the lifecycle.
• Review and ensure compliance for inquiries, approvals, payments, reporting and closeout.
• Lead CRM grants system implementation and ongoing maintenance and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting and documentation across grants workflows.
• Provide guidance to volunteer committees and collaborate with finance and leadership.
• Prepare dashboards and analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain records in accordance with policies and audit requirements.
• Support fundraising events and Foundation initiatives as needed.
