Qualifications

• Experience implementing CRM Grant Making systems and ensuring compliance across grant lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of The Rosendin Foundation’s grants management across the full lifecycle.
• Review and ensure compliance for grant inquiries, approvals, payments, reporting and closeout.
• Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of grants management systems (CRM/Grantmaker) and ensure data integrity.
• Generate reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and program evaluation.
