The Rosendin Foundation is seeking a Senior Grants Specialist to oversee the full grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all grantmaking activities. This role partners with committees, finance, communications, and leadership to drive strategic grantmaking in support of community impact.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of grants administration across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with CRM grant management systems and reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of The Rosendin Foundation’s grants management throughout the full lifecycle.
• Review and process inquiries, applications, approvals, payments, reporting, and closeout activities.
• Lead implementation and updates of grants management systems (Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge Grantmaker).
• Ensure data integrity, documentation, and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Support grant committees, finance, and leadership with analytics, dashboards, and communications.
