Job summary

Rosendin Foundation seeks a Senior Grants Specialist to manage the full grant lifecycle with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous process improvement. You will partner with volunteer committees, finance, communications, and Rosendin leadership to drive effective grantmaking and community impact.

This hybrid role based in South Tempe, AZ requires strong analytical skills, meticulous recordkeeping, and the ability to translate policy into action while supporting foundation mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of nonprofit grants management or related grantmaking experience.
• Experience implementing CRM Grant Making systems (Blackbaud/Raisers Edge Grantmaker).
• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations and foundations in mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries, applications, approvals, payments, reporting, and closeout activities.
• Lead implementation and updates of CRM grantmaking systems and related workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, monitoring compliance, and documentation across grants lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply grant administration policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, communications, and leadership to support impact reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and committees.
