Job summary

The Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment seeks a Data and Grants Associate to manage data and logistics underpinning fundraising, communications, and grantmaking. Senior duties live in Grants, with involvement in Development as part of the team.

Ideal candidates have nonprofit experience, data management and impact evaluation skills, and a commitment to environmental justice and community empowerment.

Qualifications

• Two years in nonprofit/office environment or similar experience.
• Experience managing donor data, CRM and donor outreach.
• Experience with fundraising campaigns including direct mail, e-blasts, and social media.
• Proficiency with contract administration, file management, and communications lists.

Responsibilities

• Data management for donor and grant records and related analytics.
• Maintain donor CRM, donor data flows, and receipts and transfers.
• Assist with grant contracts, payments, and records tracking.
• Support communications with grantees and applicants throughout the grants cycle.
• Coordinate donor outreach logistics and event-related fundraising activities.
• Help coordinate Rose Foundation Film Fest logistics and sponsorships.
