Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years of progressive grant and contract experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of progressive grant, finance and contract experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with eResearch, Business Objects, M-Reports, and M-Pathways

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal submissions to federal and non-federal sponsors and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor day-to-day budgets and oversee invoice processing for sponsored awards.
• Interpret sponsor requirements and apply guidelines across funding mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain subcontracts/subawards under prime awards.
• Prepare and submit journals and financial reports for faculty.
• Communicate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
• Review financials and UG reports and resolve issues as needed.
• Support process improvements and offset requirements for awards.
