This role coordinates the strategic operations of a multi‑million‑dollar grant program and serves as a cross‑functional liaison across program strategy, finance, compliance, and operations. The Senior Grant Administrator translates program goals into actionable budgets, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, accountability, and impact, with potential team leadership and home‑based work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in grants, budgeting, and compliance.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements and monitors processes.
• Coordinates program budget development with leadership teams.
• Monitors budgets, procurement, contracts, and vendor invoices.
• Supports audit readiness and internal controls.
• Acts as technology coordinator for grantmaking systems.
• Builds relationships with internal teams, partners, and grantees.
