Job summary

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Compliance & Operations Manager to oversee grants/contracts, ensure strong safety standards, and align business processes with regulatory and funder requirements. You will collaborate across teams to document workflows, deliver trainings, and optimize reporting timelines.

The role emphasizes process improvement, meticulous record-keeping, and relationship management with grant officers and program staff to support mission-driven housing

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proactive in developing, documenting, and implementing processes.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply RCW and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grants Management: manage contracts, compliance, reimbursements, and reporting; track milestones.
• Safety Program: develop/update safety policies; coordinate training and certifications.
• Business Administration: handle registrations, renewals, certifications, and reporting; insurance coordination.
• Leadership: foster teamwork, inclusion, and organizational health; support standards for record-keeping.
