Mass General Brigham is seeking a Research Management professional to support contracting and financial activities for research teams. The role serves as the liaison between Principal Investigators and Department Admins, providing training to new hires and clients.

The candidate will assist Pre-Award, Post-Award, Contracting, and Financial tasks, manage client assignments, and help improve research operations while ensuring compliance with sponsor policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of grant administration experience required.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, accounting; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Assist Research Management teams with Pre-Award, Post-Award, Contracting, and Financial activities.
• Independently take on client assignments with minimal supervision from Team Lead.
• Participate in the Research Management Training program, acting as a trainer for clients and new team members.
• Conduct analysis of a client’s research operations and identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide overall project management for specific research initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis of research funds to ensure compliance with Sponsor and internal policies.
