Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Master’s in Accounting, MBA, or MPA preferred.
• CPA, CIA, CGMA, CFE, or other professional designation preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAS, Uniform Guidance, and IIA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support grant compliance monitoring, including subrecipient performance reviews and financial reporting.
• Lead grant compliance reviews and develop actionable findings and recommendations.
• Perform internal control reviews, audits, and operational assessments.
• Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare client deliverables, including findings, recommendations, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients to strengthen compliance, controls, and operations.
