Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; public accounting or professional services favored.
• Experience with grant management, compliance activities, and internal audits.
• CPA/CIA/CGMA/CFE or similar designation preferred.
• Familiarity with GAGAS, Uniform Guidance, and IIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Support grant compliance monitoring programs and subrecipient reviews.
• Lead grant compliance reviews and provide actionable findings and recommendations.
• Perform internal control reviews and operational assessments.
• Develop and enhance policies and internal controls based on needs and risks.
• Conduct interviews and prepare client deliverables and reports.
• Collaborate with clients to improve accounting, compliance, and operations.
• Communicate project status to team and client stakeholders.
• Guide junior staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
