Latitude.sh, recently under Megaport, is seeking a senior Field Engineer to maintain and repair GPU servers and related infrastructure across regional data centers. The role requires hands-on hardware management, remote hands coordination, and strict adherence to cabling, labeling, and safety standards.

You will act as the on-site focal point for new deployments, including overseeing partner facilities, with travel between data centers and collaboration with Datacenter Operations.

Formación

• Advanced English communication skills (C1+).
• Hands-on datacenter hardware experience with multi-GPU servers.
• Experience with out-of-band management (BMC/IPMI/Redfish).
• Structured copper/fiber cabling and high-density power considerations.
• Strong understanding of power, cooling, and airflow in high-density racks.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair hardware failures on multi-GPU servers and related components.
• Coordinate deployment, racking, cabling, and preventative maintenance across data center sites.
• Oversee remote hands teams and ensure cabling, labeling, and safety standards meet Latitude.sh guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, document runbooks, and support change management in production.
