Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years in datacenter infra or GPU deployment.
• Deep knowledge of AI/NeoCloud infra and GPUaaS platforms.
• Ability to guide internal tooling without writing production code.
• Hands-on GPU cluster planning, deployment, and validation experience.
• Experience with BMS integration and data center monitoring tools.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and validate GPU cluster deployments at customer sites and partner facilities.
• Advise on cooling, power, and infrastructure products for deployments.
• Integrate BMS and data center monitoring tools for healthy operations.
• Guide AI Factory deployment services and automate diagnostics where possible.
• Lead cross-team technical efforts during critical deployment windows.
• Deliver clear status updates and manage customer expectations.
