Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Data Center Support Engineer to oversee and troubleshoot our production bare-metal GPU infrastructure. You will serve as a senior escalation point for data center technicians, engineering teams, and customer-facing staff, ensuring rapid incident response and robust operations.

The role encompasses diagnosing issues across Linux, hardware, firmware, BIOS, drivers, and networking, performing routine maintenance, and documenting procedures for scalable support across global data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or similar infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with bare-metal servers, Linux systems, and networking in production.
• Strong write/communication skills for cross-functional docs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Support production bare-metal GPU infrastructure across Nebius data centers.
• Troubleshoot Linux, hardware, firmware, BIOS, drivers, networking, and storage issues.
• Create runbooks, escalation notes, and knowledge base documentation.
