Job summary

orcristtechnologies in Germany is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end public-sector programs, translating customer needs into funded projects and pilots across defense, security, and government domains.

You will lead cross-functional teams, structure pilots, manage delivery scope, schedule, and risk, and build governance with procurement bodies and partners. Fluency in German and English is required, with willingness to travel 30–40%.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of program management experience in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Proven track record turning leads into funded projects and delivering complex programs.
• Experience working with defense, security, or government clients is required.
• Hands-on in structuring pilots or prototypes with undefined requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and structured execution.
• German and English fluency (C1+); eligible to work in Germany; travel 30–40% in Germany/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Convert prioritized leads into concrete, funded project opportunities with BD and product teams.
• Engage with public-sector customers to unpack problems and procurement logic.
• Structure pilots, MVPs, and demonstrators with clear test scenarios and milestones.
• Own program delivery end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Build relationships with users, decision-makers, and external partners.
• Capture feedback and governance to inform product decisions and platform capabilities.
