Job summary

RobCo is seeking an ambitious (Senior) Technical Program Manager to own multiple robotics deployment programs from design through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate engineering, software, controls, manufacturing, and supply chain teams in a fast-growth environment.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risk while driving scalable processes and continuous improvement across deployments. Strong English is required, German is a plus, and travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed technical university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, systems integration, or hardware-software environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation or robotics systems from concept through deployment with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of mechatronic, robotic, or cyber-physical systems, with the ability to translate complex tech details into executive-level business impact.
• Culture-aligned mindset with ownership, data-driven yet pragmatic execution, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Very good English skills (German a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead multiple robotics and automation deployment programs from pre-sales through commissioning and handover.
• Build Scalable Structures: Design repeatable operating mechanisms, governance, and delivery processes for fast, high-quality growth.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate engineering, software, controls, manufacturing, supply chain, and field deployment teams.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-level executives, investors, and customers, communicating progress, risks, and impact.
• Technical and Commercial Steering: Oversee technical details and budgets, margins, resource planning, and schedules.
• Risk and Problem Resolution: Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive issues to resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and standardization across deployment operations.
