Recidiviz is seeking a Senior IC on the State Growth Partnerships team. The role focuses on expanding nascent product areas with state agencies, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, and building a scalable approach for statewide engagements.

You will handle enterprise deals, procurement strategies, and pricing design while traveling 30-40% in the first year. This remote role reports into the Director of State Growth and collaborates across government partners.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to state/local government and navigating RFP responses.
• Ability to run deals end-to-end and forecast accurately.
• Experience building or contributing to a sales motion from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Run enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, building a new sales motion and pipeline.
• Own procurement strategy including RFP/RFI responses and federal procurement navigation.
• Design pricing and packaging aligned with state procurement realities and nonprofit structure.
