You will collaborate with PMs, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires extensive accounting experience in government projects, cost accounting, and proficiency in Excel; travel to client

Formación

• This position requires high school diploma with years of experience or a degree with government accounting experience.
• Knowledge of job costing, contract file administration, and FAR is required.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and prepare business communications.

Responsabilidades

• Contract administration for government projects and advising on financial matters.
• Prepare project setups, billing, and revenue/cost analysis.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and approvals with PMs.
• Prepare project financial data and reports weekly/monthly.
• Lead department processes and provide reporting using Excel/SQL.
• Ensure compliance with DCAA and federal/state laws.
