Qualifications

• Nine years of project or contract administration experience, or five years with a bachelor's in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of job costing, contract file administration, project revenue recognition, government program billing and collections, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
• Experience with SF 1034 and SF 1035 forms and overhead price adjustments for cost-type projects.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex instructions, contracts, subcontract agreements, project documents, scopes of work, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Ability to present information to senior office leadership and maintain cooperative professional relationships.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages and to prepare and interpret graphs and tables.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and satisfactory driving record for company business.

Responsibilities

• Provide government contract administration for high-complexity projects and advise PMs on financial matters.
• Establish project information in the accounting system and prepare draft invoices with revenue recognition support.
• Monitor budgets, prepare change orders, and track purchases for budget compliance and payment processing.
• Prepare and distribute project financial data, including variances and earned value analyses.
• Ensure compliance with DCAA and applicable laws; coordinate with teams on billing and procurement rules.
• Lead departmental processes and reporting using Excel, SQL, and related software.
• Assist with subcontractor files, bid requests, and vendor payments.
• Maintain prime contracts for government clients and liaise with clients and accounts payable.
