Qualifications

• Knowledge of government accounting practices and FAR (required).
• Experience with contract administration and invoicing for professional services (required).
• Ability to perform cost analysis and project revenue recognition (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL queries and BST or similar systems (preferred).
• Strong communication and ability to present to leadership (required).

Responsibilities

• Contract administration for government projects, advising on financial matters.
• Prepare and review invoices, modify as needed, and support revenue recognition.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and provide variance analysis to PMs.
• Lead reporting and analysis using Excel and SQL for project managers and leadership.
• Coordinate with PMs, clients, subcontractors and internal accounting teams.
