Qualifications

• Experience drafting executive memos and correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with FOIA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data reports and presentations to support senior leader decisions.
• Review and coordinate incoming correspondence and responses.
• Coordinate across teams and contractors to support leadership decisions.
• Track and execute actions in the CATMS system.
• Provide tasker support and resource coordination.
• Edit and finalize formal correspondence, briefs, and reports.
• Manage multiple projects and differing priorities, including distro lists.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Draft DoW executive decision documents and briefings.
• Manage FOIA process ensuring legal compliance and timely responses.
