Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the PMA 201 Program Office and serve as the primary interface with Government authorities on technical and program issues.

The role oversees contractor execution and manages program resources to ensure timely, compliant delivery. The successful candidate will create management-level presentations, coordinate events, and manage calendars, contributing to the program's success in a fast-growing defense

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in operations/program management.
Experience interfacing with Government program authorities on technical and program issues is a plus.
Secret Clearance is required; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Act as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort.
Serve as the primary interface with Government authorities on technical and program issues.
Oversee contractor execution of contract requirements and manage resources.
Create presentations for management-level personnel and coordinate events.
Manage calendars and support program leadership with scheduling and planning.
