Gnostech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Arlington, VA to lead the contracted effort and oversee program delivery.

The role requires interface with government program authorities, supervision of support staff, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and has at least 10 years in operations management, including defense contracting exposure and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting environments and leading complex programs.
• Ability to interface with government program authorities and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversee contractor execution of the task order requirements.
• Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance and program/project metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with government and contractor teams to ensure consistent program/project delivery and documentation quality.
