Job summary

MicroHealth, LLC seeks a Senior Technical SME to lead end-to-end technical solutions for federal, state, and local IT pursuits. You will oversee proposal development and mentor technical writers across multiple pursuits.

You will travel regularly for customer engagements, industry days, and oral presentations, influencing win strategies and pricing-to-win. A strong FAR/DFARS background and executive communication are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
12+ years IT experience including 8+ years supporting government pursuits.
Proven track record leading technical volumes on large-scale government proposals.
Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and compliant technical writing.
Leadership experience mentoring SME teams across multiple proposals.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical solution strategy for major proposals.
Lead technical solutioning sessions and competitive assessments.
Advise leadership on technical win strategy and teaming decisions.
Own and drive technical volumes aligning with RFP sections.
Lead and mentor teams of technical writers and proposal contributors.
Sign-off on technical accuracy during reviews (pink/red/green).
Collaborate with pricing to align BOE and price-to-win.
Represent the organization in customer engagements, industry days, and oral presentations.
Evolve content libraries and reusable architectures across services.
Lead post-submission technical strategy and BAFO discussions.
Monitor technology trends to shape capture and strategy.
