Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years in Information Technology with 5+ years developing technical solutions and proposal content for federal growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical solution development for large, complex government proposals.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical solution development for growth opportunities from capture to proposal submission and oral presentations.
• Work as the technical lead within capture and proposal teams to develop an integrated solution aligned to requirements, win strategy, evaluation criteria, and capabilities.
• Analyze RFIs, RFPs, statements of work, and other artifacts to identify technical requirements, gaps, risks, and differentiators.
• Own and write technical proposal content including solution narratives, architectures, delivery approaches, and LOE/BOE.
• Develop executable solutions for software development, application modernization, and DevSecOps.
• Define approaches for application architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, security integration, cloud environments, observability and operations.
• Translate customer needs into work breakdowns, staffing, estimates, and lifecycle costs.
• Coordinate with account teams, capture, pricing, contracts, delivery leaders, and partners to build and validate solutions.
• Incorporate GDIT capabilities and past performance into proposal solutions and content.
• Lead solution reviews and color-team responses; refine content based on feedback.
• Support pre-RFP engagements and partner discussions, maintaining reusable content.
