Job summary

MicroHealth LLC is seeking a Technical SME to lead the end-to-end technical solution strategy for major government IT proposals, spanning capture, solutioning, and proposal submission. You will mentor proposal writers, influence win strategy, and collaborate with pricing to ensure competitive, compliant content.

This senior advisor role requires travel to customer engagements and industry days, with deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes, plus strong executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive technical IT experience including 8+ years supporting government pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS) and compliant technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-most technical expert for high-value government IT pursuits, owning end-to-end strategy.
• Lead technical solutioning sessions and competitive assessments to shape winning solutions.
• Advise capture and BD leadership on technical win strategy, teaming decisions, and make/buy assessments.
