Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-stakes, multi-million-dollar government programs (Medicare/Medicaid/D-SNP) with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on launching, scaling, and optimizing government portfolios within strict scope, time, and budget constraints.

You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams, navigate CMS/state guidelines, and drive delivery for high-quality, compliant care to vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience in project management.
• 7–10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers and cross-functional team leaders in developing and maintaining plans for a defined corporate program.
• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus resources on delivering the desired results.
• Collaborate with senior sponsors to align objectives and monitor progress.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain program health.
• Partner with procurement on strategies related to contracts and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
