Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar government programs across Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios.

You will define, execute, and deliver enterprise-wide projects while aligning clinical, compliance, IT, and actuarial teams to ensure compliant care for vulnerable populations. You will navigate CMS and state guidelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive risk mitigation, vendor contracts, and strategic initiatives to expand our market

Qualifications

7–10 years of work experience in project management.
Experience delivering business solutions using information technology in large programs.
Understanding of CMS and state guidelines and privacy requirements.
PMP certification or other project management credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble project teams and lead the development and maintenance of plans for a defined corporate program.
Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver defined results.
Collaborate with executive sponsor to achieve objectives and understand business goals.
Monitor progress and financial health across projects and report to leadership.
Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Partner with procurement for contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
