Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV in Louisville, KY to lead complex government facilities projects from planning through occupancy. You will supervise design, construction, commissioning, and turnover, aligning scope, budget, and schedule with customer agencies.

You will collaborate with A/E firms, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field; ten years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; extensive knowledge of building design and construction methods.
• Strong skills in scheduling, cost estimating, and interpreting construction documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for cross‑agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead large design and construction projects from planning through occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and customer expectations.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, codes, and life safety.
• Oversee on‑site progress, resolve field issues, ensure QA and compliance.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Travel to project sites for inspections and evaluations.
