Job summary

Everfox, a global leader in high-assurance cybersecurity, seeks a Contracts Manager to own negotiations and administration of government and commercial contracts across U.S. federal agencies and commercial partners.

This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration 2–3 days weekly, near the Washington, DC metro area, with limited travel to customer sites. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations to structure deals, ensure FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR compliance, and drive risk-aware

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DFARS cybersecurity clauses.
• Proven experience negotiating government contracts with Contracting Officers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with contract lifecycle data.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR export controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts with federal agencies, primes and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to structure deals and manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR and agency requirements.
• Lead negotiations across FFP, T&M, IDIQ, OTAs and license agreements.
• Post-award contract administration including modifications and closeout.
• Develop negotiation strategies to protect IP and reduce risk.
