Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Sr Contracts Representative to oversee the contract lifecycle across internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance, ensuring compliant, favorable contract terms and risk mitigation.

This role reports to the Director of Contracts and operates on a Hybrid schedule across multiple U.S. locations, offering exposure to government contracting and complex negotiations that strengthen the business and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing US Government contracts.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into contract terms.
• Experience with US Government contracts flowdowns and subcontracting structures (DAR/FAR).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate and up to date contract records and documentation.
• Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution.
