Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services while ensuring policy compliance. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, evaluating bids, and resolving subcontract issues across multiple sites inTempe, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, Clearwater, FL or Norcross, GA on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, supply chain.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all subcontracts with suppliers for products and services across project lifecycles.
Engage with program office/contracts group and support PMs on cost, performance and schedule.
Administer subcontracts and maintain records; stay updated on regulatory changes.
Communicate with subcontractors and address performance issues; evaluate bids for compliance.
Lead evaluation of proposals and respond to data calls; support audits.
