Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Representative to manage the contract lifecycle, negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams and report to the Director of Contracts on a hybrid schedule from multiple U.S.

locations. Role requires 5+ years of contract experience, deep knowledge of US government contracts, and ability to translate complex requirements into contractual terms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms; drafting and negotiating government contracts.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing US Government contracts.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into contract terms.
• Experience with US Government flowdowns and FAR/DAR structures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Negotiate favorable terms with customers, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution.
