Honeywell seeks a Sr Contracts Representative to manage the full contract lifecycle, coordinating with sales, legal, and finance to ensure compliant, favorable terms. You will report to the Director of Contracts and support multiple locations with a hybrid schedule.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, contract excellence, and collaboration across teams to protect Honeywell’s interests and drive business results.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
• Hands-on drafting and negotiating government contracts.
• Deep understanding of US Government contract regulations (FAR/DAR).
• Experience with government flowdowns and subcontracting structures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution.
