Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a senior in-house attorney to provide strategic legal counsel, negotiate contracts, manage disputes, and drive compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will lead a team of attorneys and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support HBS initiatives across a matrixed organization.

You will report to the Vice President and General Counsel, HBS, and work from our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience, including in-house and firm settings.
• JD degree and strong knowledge of litigation and commercial dispute resolution.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and resolve disputes, including litigation and negotiations.
• Drive compliance with laws, regulations and internal policy.
• Lead a team of attorneys and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
