ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts and subcontracts. The role supports governance, compliance, and coordination with senior leadership in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Remote work is preferred on the East Coast, with options for Panama City Beach, FL or Tampa, FL. Ideal candidates have strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, DoD experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• 4–8+ years of government contracts administration experience.
• DoD experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience supporting prime contracts and/or subcontracts in a federal contracting environment.
• Ability to review and interpret contract terms with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work remotely with self-direction and discretion; Secret clearance or ability to obtain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of prime contracts and subcontracts throughout the lifecycle—from award through closeout.
• Prepare and send draft NDAs, TAs, and other routine agreements for review.
• Review and process contract documents, modifications, task orders, and related correspondence.
• Evaluate solicitations for risk, compliance, and operational impact.
• Track deliverables, reporting, performance periods, option years, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized contract files, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Assist with subcontract administration and closeouts; ensure compliance actions.
• Escalate complex matters to leadership; contribute to process improvements.
• Support proposal coordination, including distributing RFPs and tracking responses.
