Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and task orders, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, agreements under which AMA performs as a subcontractor, and commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with federal contracting knowledge.
• 5+ years contracts/subcontract experience (mid-level) per education section.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other requirements.
• Support proposal and bid preparation, including reviewing solicitations and SOWs for risks.
• Serve as primary contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Coordinate reviews of terms and legal sufficiency of documents.
• Review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements including MSAs and NDAs.
