Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and task orders, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, agreements under which AMA performs as a subcontractor, and commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will bring foundation in federal contracting and the FAR, strong commercial contract knowledge, sound judgment, initiative, and effective time management, and will work as part

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive contracts or subcontract administration experience.
• Senior level requires 8+ years of independent management of complex agreements.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and their application to prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience administering cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts.
• Strong commercial contract and subcontract experience administering both subcontracts and subcontractor agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prime contracts, orders, and subcontracts through full life cycle.
• Review solicitations and identify risks, informing management of contractual obligations.
• Serve as a point of contact with Government contracting personnel and partners.
• Support program reviews with contract status, funding, and compliance data.
• Coordinate review and approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency.
• Manage subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Prepare RFPs and evaluate subcontractor proposals; negotiate terms.
• Maintain complete contract files and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance, PM, customers, and suppliers.
