ActioNet in Vienna, VA is seeking an experienced Sr. Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to support the full acquisition lifecycle from capture and teaming through proposal, award and closeout.

This role requires strong negotiation skills and compliance with FAR/DFARS, and the ability to coordinate with executive leaders and program managers. You will negotiate NDAs, analyze solicitations, provide proposal support, and guide risk and obligations across multiple programs in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree requirement with 5+ years in government contracting (experience may substitute for degree).
Experience with FAR/DFARS and procurement regulations.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors.
Analyze solicitations and provide proposal support including development of assumptions/terms and conditions.
Advise executive leaders and program managers on proposal and contract risks and obligations.
Partner with other personnel to provide integrated support for mission delivery teams.
Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with government and prime contractors.
Support ad-hoc projects, including due diligence and JV support.
Mentor delivery teams on acquisition processes and contracting trends.
Participate in training and industry association meetings for regulatory updates.
Lead contractual sections in proposals and participate in teaming discussions.
