Job summary

ActioNet is seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator/Contracts Manager to provide full lifecycle support from capture through closeout, with an on-site presence two days per week in Vienna, VA.

You will negotiate NDAs, analyze solicitations, and guide leaders on risk and obligations, partnering with teams to deliver compliant proposals. The role requires strong negotiations, multi-program management, and deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, with experience in Deltek Costpoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in government contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Experience with CPFF, FFP and T&M.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government terms.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in dynamic environment.
• Experience with GSA Schedules and GWACs.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Vienna, VA part-time 2x per week.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements with primes and subs.
• Analyze solicitations and provide proposal support including assumptions/terms.
• Guide executives and PMs on contractual risks and obligations.
• Partner with Service Organization personnel to support mission delivery teams.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with government and primes.
• Support ad-hoc projects including due diligence and JV support.
• Mentor delivery teams on acquisition process and contracting trends.
• Participate in training and industry associations meetings.
• Lead contractual sections in proposals and participate in teaming strategy.
