Job summary

Role requires collaboration with program management, finance, legal, and other functions to fulfill obligations, manage negotiations, ensure compliance, and support customer relationships. Strong communication and auditing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAR/DFARS or other agency regulations.
• Experience managing or negotiating contracts or agreements.
• Compliant administration of contracts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or 6 years related experience in absence of degree.
• US Citizenship required, ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• 8+ years of relevant contracts management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from capture through proposal, award and administration.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, and other functions.
• Advise on business issues and ensure compliance with laws and Delegation of Authority.
• Lead audits with internal and external teams to verify compliance.
• Prepare final contract documents consistent with negotiated terms.
• Collect data and compile reports for corporate requests.
