Job summary

Trace3 seeks a Contract Manager to lead lifecycle management of government engineering service contracts, interfacing with program delivery, legal, and the KO. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, manage contract modifications, monitor funding, and support audits and proposals.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, experience with CPFF/FFP/T&M/IDIQ, and collaboration with internal teams to mitigate risk and ensure contract success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract terms.
• Experience across CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ and BPA vehicles.
• Ability to interpret and advise on regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with contract administration systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters on assigned contracts.
• Manage post-award kickoff through closeout per FAR/DFARS.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contract modifications and REAs/UCAs.
• Monitor funding levels and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Support audits (DCAA, DCMA) and respond to findings.
• Oversee subcontract flow-down of FAR/DFARS clauses.
