Job summary

F3EA, Inc. in Savannah, GA seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to own the complete lifecycle of government contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements. You will ensure regulatory compliance, guide negotiations, and support proposal activities with leadership collaboration.

The role requires seven years in government contracts, strong FAR/DFARS expertise, and the ability to lead contract administration with minimal supervision. A security clearance is preferred or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible Government contracts experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Contracts Management, Acquisition, Legal Studies, Finance, or equivalent.
• US citizenship or eligibility for government security clearance is required.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contract administration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and NDAs.
• Review and negotiate terms, modifications, funding actions, and subcontracts.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with finance on pricing, funding, and reporting.
• Support business development during capture and proposal efforts.
• Develop SOPs and drive contract administration process improvements.
• Provide executive guidance on risk and regulatory issues.
