Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle for DoD and IC projects. You will manage pre-award through closeout, monitor funding and periods of performance, and coordinate with government officials, primes and vendors to ensure compliance and timely billing.

The role requires experience in government contracting, knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Relevant ERP systems such as Unanet and MS 365 are used daily.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of government contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR preferred.
• Experience with contract lifecycle from pre-award to closeout.
• Experience with Unanet or similar ERP/CLM tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of contract administration from pre-proposal to closeout.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, prime contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements.
• Interface with government contracting officials, primes, and vendors on contract matters.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and company policies.
• Support pricing data collection and proposal activities with BD/B&P teams.
• Track funding, POP, ATPs, and billing to keep programs on track.
• Maintain contract records in Unanet and other systems.
