Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience as contracts manager, paralegal, or similar role.
• Experience with a wide array of contracts including NDAs, task orders, prime contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other agency supplements.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad.
• Experience with government contracts processes and flow downs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer government contracts lifecycle management processes and systems.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain registrations, reporting, and disclosures in government systems (e.g., SAM.gov, PIEE).
• Collaborate with public sector legal teams to improve contracting processes and systems.
• Guide stakeholders in self-serve contracting and negotiate NDAs, task orders, and prime contracts.
• Track ongoing obligations post-signature with cross-functional partners.
• Document fulfillment of milestones, invoices, and cash collection.
• Support legal reviews for customer questionnaires and security questionnaires.
