Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration across U.S. Government programs. You will work with program managers, finance, legal, and government counterparts to ensure obligations are met while enabling rapid program execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in government contract administration, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to interpret complex contracts. A security clearance is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in U.S. Government contract administration, contract management, acquisition, or related field.
• Experience with DoD contracts or agreements preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience interpreting solicitations, contracts, and requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own contract administration across multiple U.S. Government programs from award through closeout.
• Interface with Government Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, DCMA, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program managers to understand requirements, milestones, funding, and performance obligations.
• Review and negotiate Government contracts, OTAs, modifications, and related documents.
• Review RFPs/RFIs and draft contractual documents to identify risks and implications.
• Coordinate proposal prep across functions and maintain compliance matrices.
• Interpret terms, FAR/DFARS, SOWs, data rights, invoicing, and obligations.
• Lead negotiations of contract modifications and funding actions.
• Track funding, ceilings, CLINs, PoP, deliverables, and options.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and funding management.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and correspondence.
• Support government reviews, audits, and interactions with DCMA/DCAA.
